*IT Approval: Between First Reading and the Public Hearing, Land Use and Official Community Plan bylaws are sent to the Islands Trust for comment on compliance with the Islands Trust Policy Statement. Official Community Plans are forwarded to the Island Trust for approval after Third Reading and before Adoption.
