Every employer is required to have a COVID-19 safety plan that assesses the risk of exposure at their workplace and implements measures to keep their workers safe. The COVID-19 Safety Plan must be posted in a visible location and on the business website.

Please note, the safety plan is a living document and will be revised as necessary if and when conditions change.
