for DVP-15-2019 - 1118 Miller Road
Project description
A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 1118 Miller Road (shown on map) to permit a number of variances to allow for the development of a 22-unit supportive housing development by the Snug Cove House Society.
These variances would:
- Increase the permitted lot coverage from 55% to 64%;
- Reduce the required setbacks to extend roof overhangs and architectural features into the required setbacks;
- Reduce the required setback for an underground parkade on the north side of the building; and
- Remove the requirement for the building height to be a maximum of 3 stories (maximum building height of 14 metres would remain unchanged).
